[[OUTDATED 2] F4keout Reference]

Fakeout's design itself i really like! Hoever, you kinda lost me with the tails and knuckles designs, unlike fakeout they both have more human-esque body types, which makes them look kinda cursed, in fact, they'd be better off if you drew them with their regular body types, children are somewhat androgynous, so tails could have a body type similar to her official counterpart, and for knuckles you could have also given her her regular body type or if not, look at tikal as a point of reference.
Amy is a girl, but you never see her having chunky limbs or defined joints, she has the same rubber hoose inspired look sonic has.
I do like eggy's design tho, that one's neat, i'd just make bro taller tbh.

Ya did a really nice job with espio, i do think you coulda cleaned up Surge a bit more, but ig she's okay.

The animation is kinda odd, i don't know how to describe it correctly, but i think if you tried to make it so the arms were flexing and the up and down motion felt like it was going trough the whole body, it'd look better, 'cause the torso is kinda static and the way everything moves up and down doesn't connect well.
Other than that i really like the design, it's simple but nice, has a lot of character to it.
